Long Hill Reps 5x1.1k

A secret hill location in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Found a hill that appears to have a continous up from start to finish. The rise is 65metres vertical over the distance of 1.1ks. One part of about 100 metres on google earth says it goes down but it certainly is still rising in that section so I don't know what happened there.

Reps were 6:04, 6:08, 5:57, 6:05, 6:09. Recovery down was about the same time length.

65 metres vertical isn't very steep but the purpose was to keep using the same muscles going up for the long period. Worked quite well.

Nice work. I hope you were doing this session undercover. Would hate for the location of your secret hill to get out...

Just 1 week from concept to proof of concept - good R&D.

Trouble with Concord is there are no hills to speak of.... Damn I need a sekrit hill too.

Must be steep enough if it had you down to 6's

But it's only 1.1k! You need a 6k hill on loose dirt for 6" ;)
