Long Hill Reps 5x1.1k
Felt very much like hard work tonight to do these reps. No power in the bum and legs to get up the hill quicker. The suffering is all for Six Foot Track so it just has to be done.
Reps were 5:34, 5:29, 5:33, 5:38, 5:33. All done with about the same recovery back down the hill. A nice cool breeze was blowing and it wasn't too humid which is good.
